Super Bowl Taco Mac & Cheese

Hey Guys!

Today is Super Bowl Sunday! WOOOOO000000ooooo... (←that's my enthusiasm wearing off).
Unfortunately, I'm not a big football fan but I have lots of friends and family that are plus I do enjoy the commercials, halftime show and the SNACKS. So today gave me the perfect opportunity to make something completely unhealthy and totally delicious. Drum roll please.....🥁🥁🥁🥁

I GIVE YOU TACO MAC & CHEESE!

This is probably one of the easiest mac and cheese recipes I've ever made and it was a big hit with the hubby. Here's how to make it.

Ingredients-

1 (16oz) box Elbow Macaroni
1 (15oz) jar Queso Cheese Dip (whatever is your favorite)
2 pounds Ground Beef
2 packets of Taco Seasoning
1 cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese
1 Diced Tomato
1 Diced Jalapeno
1 (8oz) Container pre-made Guacamole
Sour Cream for garnish

Directions-

First, boil water for your elbow macaroni. At the same time cook your ground beef with taco seasoning according to the package instructions. When the macaroni is cooked drain the water and stir in your queso sauce.

Pour your mac and cheese into a 9x13 pan

Top the mac and cheese with your cooked taco meat.

Next add the shredded cheese and bake until cheese is melted at 350 degree F.

Last top with the diced tomato, jalapeno, guacamole and sour cream.

That's it! I served it up with chips for more unhealthy goodness but you could also add salsa or Tabasco sauce. Make it however spicy you want. I hope you make this and enjoy the game!
