Wakey Wakey, Eggs and Bakey!🥚
Who doesn't like eggs for breakfast (or lunch and dinner), they are high in protein and low in carbs plus they are super cheap. Its like a super food that I always keep in my fridge (plus they go in all my favorite unhealthy foods like cakes and cookies). Eggs are pretty incredible and there are tons of ways to cook them up so here are two different ways to fry your eggs for breakfast.
First is Egg in a Hole or Egg in a Basket. Super easy and you only need 3 things.
Ingredients-
Eggs, Bread, & Butter
Special tools-
Circle Cookie Cutter or Glass Cup
Directions-
First cut a hole out of your bread with either a cookie cutter or glass cup. Then butter both sides of the bread, don't forget to butter the bread circle you cut out because you want that too.
Place your buttered bread in a pan on med/low heat and crack your egg into the hole. Cook kind of like a grilled cheese sandwich. Cook 2 minutes per side or till yoke is desired runniness.
Don't forget to cook the bread circle to dip in the runny yolk. 😋

Next is Eggs Devaux or Airy Eggs. This is a awesome, fancy looking egg that's easy to make and will easily impress others.
Ingredients-
Eggs, Bread & Cooking Spray
Special tools-
Whisk, Metal Circle Mold or Onion
Directions-
First separate the egg yolk from the egg white. Try to not break the yolk because we will need it later.
Beat the egg white until its light and fluffy or looks like whipped cream.
Next you need a circle mold but if you don't have one (like me) just use a onion and cut a large onion ring for a easy hack.
Place your onion in the pan on med/low heat.
Fill with half of the egg whites
Add the yolk back in and cover with remaining egg whites.
Cook 3-4 minutes per side.
Then its done! you can either eat it with the onion or use a butter knife to remove it. Its like a fluffy cloud with a runny yolk middle. 🌥 This would also be good as Egg Benedict or since mothers day is coming up a good breakfast in bed treat. I hope you try these for your next breakfast. See ya soon!
