 Fillings-

Key Lime

Chocolate Strawberry

Carmel

Orange Cream

Cookies and Cream

Directions-

Key Lime- Mix together lime curd and marshmallow cream

I have a good recipe for Lime Curd if you want to make your own or you can just buy it at the store. Just mix 2 parts lime curd with 1 part marshmallow cream and fill your chocolates.

Chocolate Strawberry-

Heat 1/4 cup of strawberry jam and add 1/8 cup chocolate chips. Stir until chocolate is melted and cool before use.

Carmel-

Step 1 open can, Step 2 fill chocolates. This is the most easy filling and I love the Dulce de Leche because it is the perfect consistency.

Orange Cream-

Heat up 1/2 cup or orange juice concentrate (as is, don't add any water) and stir in 1/2 cup white chocolate until melted. Cool before use.

Cookies and Cream-

In a mixer combine 1 package sandwich cookies and 1 (8oz) box of cream cheese. Roll into balls and dip into white chocolate.

That's it! Easy fillings and they taste good. Of course you don't have to make all these, just pick a favorite and they don't take long to make. When you're ready to make the chocolates just get a simple mold and coat the inside with chocolate. Chill till firm and add your filling and top with more chocolate. Chill again and pop them out of the mold.

Let me know if you give these a try and If you don't want to make chocolates they make great ice cream toppings. See ya soon!
