Stuffed Meatballs!!

Hey guys,
 This week I'm here to share these awesome mozzarella stuffed meatballs. They are sooo good, just add them to your favorite sauce and pasta or you can make a big batch and freeze them to have whenever. I bet they'd be good in a meatball sub too (๐Ÿ˜‹drool). OK back to business, here's how to make them.


1lb Ground Beef
1/2lb Ground Pork
1 Egg
1/4 cup Parmesan
1 cup Italian Bread Crumbs
1 teaspoon Italian Seasoning
1 teaspoon Oregano
1 teaspoon Onion Powder
1/2 teaspoon Garlic Powder
Salt and Pepper to taste
 Mozzarella Cheese (whatever kind you like, I just used string cheese)

Yeah I forgot the Parmesan in the picture. 1 point for you.

Step 1- Throw ingredients in to a large bowl (except mozzarella)

Step 2- MIX!! (omg so difficult) 

Next, scoop out a heaping tablespoon of the meatball mixture and add a cube of your cheese. I cut my string cheese into 5 chunks. 

 Form the meat around the cheese and roll in to a ball (can add some water to your hands to help stop the meat from sticking to you). Then just brown up the meatballs in a large skillet on the stove. 

 Once browned you can either freeze them or add them to your favorite sauce. Super easy!
