This week I'm here to share these awesome mozzarella stuffed meatballs. They are sooo good, just add them to your favorite sauce and pasta or you can make a big batch and freeze them to have whenever. I bet they'd be good in a meatball sub too (😋drool). OK back to business, here's how to make them.
1lb Ground Beef
1/2lb Ground Pork
1/4 cup Parmesan
1 cup Italian Bread Crumbs
1 teaspoon Italian Seasoning
1 teaspoon Oregano
1 teaspoon Onion Powder
1/2 teaspoon Garlic Powder
Salt and Pepper to taste
Mozzarella Cheese (whatever kind you like, I just used string cheese)
|Yeah I forgot the Parmesan in the picture. 1 point for you.
Step 1- Throw ingredients in to a large bowl (except mozzarella)
Step 2- MIX!! (omg so difficult)
Next, scoop out a heaping tablespoon of the meatball mixture and add a cube of your cheese. I cut my string cheese into 5 chunks.
Form the meat around the cheese and roll in to a ball (can add some water to your hands to help stop the meat from sticking to you). Then just brown up the meatballs in a large skillet on the stove.
