Its time to rise and shine with a yummy new breakfast idea. I saw this pancake recipe floating around on the internet and I had to give it a try. Its so worth it and I think its even better on a lazy, cold Saturday morning when you just want to be fat and celebrate Faturday (aka Fat Saturday). You spend all week eating healthy and working out so now you can indulge a little.
Favorite pancake mix (homemade or from a box, I don't judge)
4 tablespoon Butter (melted)
1/2 cup Brown Sugar
1&1/2 teaspoon Cinnamon
1 Egg white
1 cup Powdered Sugar
2-4 tablespoon Milk
1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
While pancake is cooking swirl a tablespoon of cinnamon filling on top of pancake. You could also put the filling into a zip lock bag with a cut corner to pipe the filling on (whatever floats your boat).
Then just flip your pancake over and cook normally.
Its super easy and delicious! Then just stack up your cinnamon roll pancakes, top with some icing and enjoy.
